In Market Harborough, a volunteer group, six primary schools and nearly 2,000 families proved what’s possible when community energy meets powerful data.


Working with Active Travel Revolution, we brought HomeRun STEP to the town to analyse every school journey and validate it with a 53% parent survey response. The findings were striking: huge scope to increase walking by 51%, cut driving by 58%, unlock journey sharing, and focus action where it will have the greatest impact.


A model-first, community-powered approach, now ready to scale nationally.
