Delighted to announce the launch of our brand new, game changing platform, HomeRun STEP - the UK’s first machine learning intelligence platform with the capability to accurately model every single school journey across the UK, and show where to intervene for maximum sustainable travel impact.

As part of our submission, we included the things that most transport professionals already know needs to be delivered, such as integrated ticketing systems, flexible longer-term funding for local transport authorities, separate rural transport policies… and taking the school run seriously

Levels of active travel to school have stayed static and more pupils are being driven to school now than there were 20 years ago! I believe the underlying issue is the lack of rich, actionable, school-run specific data, which is resulting in ineffective one-size fits all solutions being implemented - these do not address specific place-based transport requirements.
